One Moment Please...

How it works

From first call to a live site.

We connect the property manager you already run, brand the site to your business, and hand you an editor your team can actually use. No replatforming, and no six-month build.

Three steps

We build it. You can still change anything.

01

Tell us about your portfolio

A short form, then a call. You tell us what you run today, how many doors you manage, and where the current setup gets in your way. We connect your property manager beforehand, so the call goes on your own units.
02

We build it

Your logo, your colours, your domain. Units, photos, descriptions, calendars and rates flow in from Track or Guesty. Every page ships a machine-readable counterpart at the same time, so search engines and AI assistants read the same facts your guests do.
03

You take the wheel

A one-off agency build leaves you with a site you cannot touch. You get a real editor instead, and we train your team on it: content, CRM, campaigns and the agent personas. Change it yourself, hand it back to us, or split the difference.

What you get on day one.

The Conversated platform covers every department. The StayWorks module adds what short-term rentals need on top.
Included

CRM

Every guest, owner and enquiry on one record, with the history to follow up at the right moment. Unlimited users, rather than a charge per seat.
Included

MarketingWorks

Campaigns and sequences drawn straight from your CRM, with compliance built in from the first send. No per-contact tax.
The module

StayWorks

The property manager connection, your branded booking site, and a unified calendar and reservation timeline. Add it or drop it as your season turns.
Included, wallet-funded

AI Assistant

Agent personas that help your team write pages, sort guest questions and keep records straight. Usage bills against a wallet you fund, and we seed your first month.

We connect what you already run.

Part of the build. You hand us credentials on the call and we wire it up.

  • Track Available

Units, availability, rates, contacts and reservations stay in sync. Availability refreshes every five minutes.

  • Guesty Available

Connect through the Open API. Your listings, calendars and reservations flow into the same canonical schema.

  • Reva Reviews Available

Guest reviews pulled in and shown alongside the listings they belong to.

  • Native MCP Available

Claude and other MCP-speaking assistants connect to your operator tools through a real protocol rather than a scraped integration.

  • REST API Available

Read and write your own data from whatever you already build with.

  • Webhooks Available

Get told when something changes rather than polling for it.

  • Google Tag Manager Available

Deploy tags without waiting on a code change.

  • SendGrid Available

Transactional mail you can actually track.

  • VWO Available

Run experiments against real visitor behaviour.

  • More property managers Coming soon

Track and Guesty come first. Tell us what you run and we will tell you where it sits in the queue.

What you need to start.

  • A supported property manager, which today means Track or Guesty
  • Your logo and brand colours, or an existing site we can take them from
  • A domain you own, or help setting one up
  • About an hour to go through it with us before you go live
Why we built it this way
The travel economy concentrates its gains by design. The marketplaces take the margin, set the rules and hold the guest relationship, which leaves the operators doing the actual hosting with the thin end of it. That is a product problem, and anything designed can be redesigned.
StayWorks gives independent operators their own front door and a direct line to their own guests. As the Humble Good network grows, the operators in it take part in the upside they help create. We frame that as participation in what we build together, and never as a promised financial return.

Two ways in.

White-glove onboarding is open now. We connect your property manager, brand your site and hand it over. Self-serve opens as we add capacity, and the waitlist is how we pace it.
